Dispatch conditions
Deliveries are made within Germany and in the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Canada, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Spain, USA.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
Germany: 4,85 € (free for purchases over 50,00 €)
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge a lump sum shipping cost for deliveries to foreign countries as follows:
Belgium: 13,45 €
Denmark: 13,45 €
Finland: 18,40 €
France: 13,70 €
Ireland: 14,90 €
Italy: 13,80 €
Luxembourg: 13.70 €
Netherlands: 13,70 €
Austria: 13,45 €
Poland: 13,70€
Sweden: 13,70 €
Liechtenstein: 23,00€

Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 2 - 4 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 14 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
